The tour plan you had drawn up was just fantastic the hotels were great. My younger son loved the houseboat in Srinagar, older son loved the Chandigarh one. Our Turkey tour covered comprehensively almost all historical sites & touristic cities & towns. Dining in a cave restaurant in Cappadocia and Caravanserai enroute Konya was a novel experience. Costa Rica has been the holiday of a lifetime for me...I cannot fault the service.

The highlight of the holiday was without doubt walking the Inca trail. What an experience. Riviera Tours and Travel attention to detail was exactly what we had hoped for. The guides were outstanding in Lima, Cusco and particularly the guide on the Inca trail.

It was by far and away the best holiday we have had. The Tortilis camp at Amboseli was superb; the Elephant Bedroom camp had the best staff and the tents were beautifully furnished, although the place lacked imagination in how they arranged the dining area. The Governors IlMoran was absolutely superb. Certainly, it is a holiday to do in style and not to try and cut corners. The local agents were totally efficient and we were met on every occasion by helpful smiling personnel.

We felt the whole holiday was a wonderful experience and the organisation was excellent. Our guide was amazing, well organised, so efficient and very helpful. Also our driver was fantastic, reliable and remarkable on difficult terrain. The hotels were better than we had anticipated and we are pleased to say we could find no fault with the holiday. We shall certainly be thinking about Riviera Tours and Travel again.

We have just returned from our tailor made trip to Ethiopia and absolutely loved it. We had the most marvellous time exploring the churches of Lalibela, the castles of Gonderetc and found it a most rewarding and fascinating experience. Exceeded expectations!

We note that your brochures seek to draw the distinction between "low cost" and "value for money", a sentiment we fully endorse. This holiday was not cheap but if ever there was an example of "getting what you pay for" this was it.

We had a fantastic time in Jordan. Our visits to the sites were thrilling and our care at the hands of the local agents was both corteous and professional.

We had the most fantastic time on the Trans-Siberian Express. It far outlived our expectations...the scenery was very different to what we expected but beautiful.
