TOURIST Visa Requirements for ARGENTINA 

• Passport: Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel. All used pages must be notarized.
• Visa Application Form: Must mention the applicant’s direct contact number and email ID. Forms must NOT be printed back-to-back and each form must be on a separate sheet only.
• Declaration Form: Mandatory.
• Passport Size Photographs: 2 recent coloured photographs (fresh, not used earlier for any visa), size 4 cm x 4 cm, matte finish, white background, 75% face coverage, non-smiling, no sunglasses/hat/cap/head covering (unless for religious or ethnic reasons).
• Signed Cover Letter: Duly notarized with a translated copy in Spanish (on plain sheet), addressed to The Embassy of Argentina.
• Appointment Booking: Prior appointment must be booked at https://forms.gle/tLZPCnYXghSq6y9j6
• Confirmed Hotel Bookings: Hotel voucher must include hotel name, address, telephone number, and email ID.
• Confirmed Air Tickets: Live PNR including all travel sectors.
• Cruise Documents (If Applicable): Cruise itinerary and voucher.
• Day-wise Itinerary: Duly notarized and issued on the letterhead of the tour operator.
• Tour Operator Undertaking Letter: On tour operator’s letterhead, undertaking full trip responsibility, duly notarized.
• Onward Visa: Required if transiting.
• Proof of Funds – Bank Statement: Original personal bank statement of last 6 months, stamped by the bank.
• Income Tax Returns: Personal ITR of the last 3 years.
• Occupation Proof (Employee): Last 3 months salary slips and NOC from employer/company.
• Occupation Proof (Proprietor/Company Owner): Company bank statement of last 6 months (stamped), company ITR of last 3 years, company proof (GST/Incorporation Certificate/Partnership Deed, etc.), and cover letter on company letterhead.
• Occupation Proof (Student): Leave letter issued by school and copy of school ID card.
• Occupation Proof (Retired): Proof of retirement, pension statements of last 3 months, and proof of regular income from property or business (if applicable).
• Sponsored Applicant: Proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation as per the national format of the concerned Schengen State (refer to destination country website).
• Authorization Letter: Authorization letter addressed to the visa officer, authorizing Mr. Deepak Kumar of M/s Jetsave India Tours Pvt. Ltd. to submit and collect the passport on behalf of the applicant.
• Processing Time: Normal – after interview 8–10 working days minimum; Urgent – after interview 4–5 working days minimum.

E-Visa :
Only for Passport holder of India, Nepal and Maldives, For TOURISM Purpose Only

If the applicant wants to apply for sticker visa only then the applicant has to give a declaration form stating that ` If the Consulate calls the applicant for an interview, then the applicant has no obligation regarding it and will appear for the interview.

BUSINESS Visa Requirements for ARGENTINA

• Declaration Form: Mandatory
• Passport Size Photo: 2 Recent Coloured Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) should be: 4 cm x 4 cm in dimension, On matte finish paper, with White background, with 75% face coverage, non-smiling [without sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background, not previously used in a visa.

• Company Cover Letter: Duly Notarized with a translated copy in Spanish (on plain sheet). Covering Letter should be addressed to The Embassy of Argentina.
• Original Invitation from Argentina: Mentioning the RENUARY NUMBER. The invitation should preferably be in SPANISH (if in ENGLISH then translated in SPANISH) attested by Notary and COLEGIO DE ES CRIBANOS in Argentina.
• If Renuary Number is Not Mentioned Latest Copy of Renuary (REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF ARGENTINE COMPANY) is must.
